ABSTRACT

                The objective of the research was to study the opinions of the teachers about the application of Brahmaviharadhamma Principles in Administration of Administrators at Buddhist Way School at the Area Education Office in Phrae 1  and  to comparative level  of   an  opinions  of  the  Teachers  on the  Application  of  Brahmaviharadhamma  Principles  in  Administration   of  Administrators at Buddhist  ways  school at  the Office Of Education Service Area Of Phrae Region 1 in the primary  school  and  the opportunity extended Buddhist Way School.

                The  Population  are  used in the  research  was  the teachers who  teach at Buddhist  ways  school at the Office Of Education Service Area Of Phrae Region 1. There  are  totally 1,354 Teachers in Primary  schools and opportunity-expotended primary  schools . Sampling group used in the research was the teacher in the Buddhist Way School. There were totally 154 teachers. And another 154 teachers from the opportunity extended Buddhist Way School are the sampling group of data collection.

The tools which we used for collecting the data in this research was questionnaire.

                The statistical techniques employed in the data analysis were Percentage (%), Arithmetic Mean (u), Standard Deviation (S.D), and t-test. Apart from this, the Content Analysis was used for the qualitative data of the research. And the data was classified into the targeted group. Then, data was presented in the form of report writing style. 

                1. The result of the research found that the status of the respondents which collected from the total 248 people or about 80.52 percent. As it was classified as the 108 men or 43.55 percent and it was 140 women or 56.45 percent of the respondents. While, there was the educational qualification lowered than bachelor degree only 4 people or just only 1.61 percent. The educational qualification of bachelor degree (B.A.) was 229 people or it was 92.34 percent. The educational qualification of master degree (M.A.) was 14 people or 5.65 percent. And the educational qualification of Ph.D. degree was just only 1 people or it was only 0.40 percent. Meanwhile, there were work-experienced people less than 10 year about 15 people or 6.05 percent and work-experienced people more than 10 years onwards is about 233 people or 93.95 percent of the respondents. Whereas, there were primary schools were about 132 people or 53.23 percent. And there were opportunity-extended primary school were about 116 people or 46.77 percent of the respondents.

                2. The opinions about the application of Brahmaviharadhamma Principles in Administration of Administrators at Buddhist Way School at the Office Of Education Service Area Of Phrae Region 1 in Phrae  in 4 parts: Loving Kindness, Compassion, Synpathetic Joy and Equanimity, in the general views, it was in the very good level (X :4.09, S.D.: 0.84). But when we considering in the separate part, it was found that there was the level of opinion in the very good level in every part.

                3. In the comparative analysis of the opinion level about the utilizing of Brahmaviharadhamma Principles in Administration of Administrators at Buddhist Way School at the Office Of Education Service Area Of Phrae Region 1 which classified into the school-category. It was found that, in general and separate parts, there was no significantly difference in statistic term.
