Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

This research is aimed to study of  virtue of the educational administrators  as  viewpoint of  secondary school teachers in Bangkoknoi  district Bangkok, and compare the school administrators’ virtue according to the secondary school instructors’ viewpoint, digest sex, age, education, experience. Which research is to study sampling group is 214  tool that used in the research is questionnaire with data were analysis by computer program. The data were analyzed with statistics, percentage, mean, t-test, standard deviation and One-Way ANOVA.

        On the research found that:

                        In conclusion, the school administrator’s virtue under the secondary school instructors’ viewpoint in Bangkoknoi district, Bangkok found that it, in every aspect, was in much level; say that, upon his own virtue, administrative occupation virtue and colleague virtue, respectively.

                        In comparison upon school administrator’s virtue under the secondary school instructor’s viewpoint in Bangkoknoi found that:

                                1.    The secondary school instructors of different genders had different viewpoint upon the school administrators whereas the male instructor was more vision than the female’s

                                2.    The secondary school instructors of different ages had no different viewpoint on the school administrator’s virtue.

                                3.    The secondary school instructors with different academic qualification had different viewpoint upon the school administrator’s virtue whereas the instructor with diploma qualification had more vision than the instructor with bachelors and master’s degree accordingly.

                                4.    The secondary school instructors having different experience had no different viewpoint upon school administrator’s virtue.
