Abstract

  The purposes of this study were as follows: (1) To study The Method of Small Schools Administration In According to Iddhibhada 4 in Educational Development Group at  Khanuworralak Kamphaengphet Province (2) To compare The Method of Small Schools Administration In According to Iddhibhada 4 in Educational Development Group at  Khanuworralak Kamphaengphet classifying by personal factors.

The population of the study was 50 administrators and teacher. The sample was drawn for 44 persons. The method of research in this study was applied the Mixed Research. Firstly the investigator was employed the Quantitative Research collectioning data from questionnaires. Secondly the investigator used Qualitative Research by means of In-depth Interview to the key Informants. Alpha reliability had been performed appearing to be .9826.
The Index of Item Objective Congruence was Computed to each item, If the IOC of any items was less than .05. That Item should be delete from the questionnaire
The researcher did not use all subjects in the study Because of the limitation of statistical usage due to Inferential statistics, Therefore the Table of Sample size of R.V.Krejcie and D.W.Morgan was used to determine the Sample Size of 44 persons. The Simple random Sampling was performed by casting ballot. The statistics had been done by frequency, percentage, mean, Standard deviation, t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference : LSD. The Conclusion of this study had also been done by analyzing and synthesizing 
The results of this research were found that the Administration of Small Size Schools of Khanuworralak Schools according Inddhipada 4 were in high level as a whole. The respondents in this research were the teachers for 17 persons equivalent to 84.10 percent. The respondents who have been working for more than 9 years of experience were 24 persons equivalent to 54.50. Finally the respondents for 17 persons had been more than 51 years old equivalent to 38.50 percent. When comparing to personals individually, it was found that age did affect to the administration of Small Size Schools according to Iddhipada 4. So that the hype theses were rejected.
The sample size of 30 persons or above could be performed to Inferential statistics.
The best practice to small size schools, thus the administrators and teachers should cooperate, sacrifice and patient, The officials should be chosen the ways in order to develop the small size schools continuously.
