Abstract

Abstract

    The three main objectives of this study were 1) to study the Human Resource Development according to Trisikkha of Sangha Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province . 2) to compare the opinions of the clergy. With the  Human Resource Development according to Trisikkha of Sangha Lom Sak District, Phetchabun Province. Classified by personal factors 3) to study the problems and suggestions of Human Resource Development under the threefold ministry of Lom Sak Phetchabun.

The research combines methods (Mixed Methods Research) is a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) by means of a survey (Survey Research) questionnaire (Questionnaire) and qualitative research (Qualitative Research) by in-depth interviews (In-depth Interview) with the key data (Key Informants) order. supporting quantitative data Storage field (Field Study) by Buddhist Monks and clergy in the Municipality. Phetchabun Province, 225 form, the researchers analyzed the data obtained. The frequency (Frequency), percentage (Percentage) Average (Mean), standard deviation (Standard Deviation: SD) tested the hypothesis by t test (t-test) and F (F-test) and. one-way analysis of variance (one way ANOVA) showed that there is a difference when you compare the difference of the average income is double. Results of the Research :

Intellectual virtue (wisdom) should be used to fix intelligence problems that occur while on duty on the basis of the idea to promote understanding environment affecting the ecclesiastical sense judgment in recruiting.
