Abstract

Abstract

 

The objectives of this research were 1) to examine the participation level of people in promoting activity of Mae Wang police station, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province. 2) to compare the participation level of people in promoting activity of Mae Wang police station, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province. 3) To explore the problems, obstacles and suggestions about the participation level of people and 4) To study the promoting guideline of people participation according to Gharavasadhamma in promoting activity of Mae Wang police station, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province.  The study was a mixed method research. Population and sample were 2,622 people collected from people who live in Bankat sub-district, Mae Wang district. The samples were 335 people by using the formula of Krejcie and Morgan. The data were collected by using a questionnaire and the data analysis was done with social sciences programme for finding frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation to describe general information. To test the hypothesis by T-test and F-test with one-way ANOVA was found that different then, test by the least significant difference. In the part of the open - end showed the problems and recommendations, the researcher arranged the group, according to the issues of open – end. Then, there was to analyze by frequency and data from interviews, the researcher will gather data on the essence of the interview, and then content analysis by using descriptive along personal words.

 

 

 

The findings of this research were found as follows:

1. The participation level of people in promoting activity of Mae Wang police station, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province was found that respondents of people participation level of Bankat sub-district in promoting activity of Wang police station was overall at the high level (=4.74).

             2. The comparison level of participation of people in promoting activity of Mae Wang police station, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province with using the Hypothesis test by differential analysis according to individual factors, inclulding gender, age, education, occupation and income were found that different. Then, accepted the hypothesis.

             3. The results study of the problems, obstacles and suggestions about participation of people in promoting activity of Mae Wang police station, Mae Wang district, Chiang Mai province. It was concluded that planning the leader had not visibility, can not situation analysis. The operation was not the ability to work skillfully. The co-benefit did not know in the basic law. The evaluation was people without preparation, not understand the problem and suggests. The planning was a good plan that concerns with situation and new opportunities. The financial planing was a good planning that have to concern with experience and new opportunity upcoming. The operation was the officer should must have ability to  their work skillfully and  should have law officer for giving the basic law to people. The evaluatin was preparing the officer for the evaluation training to people.

4. The Interview result was found that the key o informant, most of them focus on activities evaluation or projects evaluation because that operation evaluation was indicated successful operation  or not and  co-beneficiaries from managing various activities and projects. It was expected that the result of much people benefit, that was expected that the benefit to people and community at most.
