ABSTRACT

             The objectives of the study were as follows : 1) to study the level of school Administration of Administrators the Four Iddhipada-s at the Royal Awarded school Nakhonsawan Province, 2) to compare the application of the Four Iddhipada-s between the administrators and teachers of the Royal Awarded School Nakhonsawan Province, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions to school Administration of Administrators the Four Iddhipada-s at the Royal Awarded School Nakhonsawan Province.

             The method of the study was Mixed Methods Research. The Survey Research has been performed by Questionnaire. The reliability of Research Tool was .879. The sample of this study consisted of teachers who have been worked in the Royal Awarded School Nakhonsawan Province. The Qualitative Research has been done by means of In-Depth Interview with the eight Key Informants. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t – test, F-test (One Way ANOVA) and Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient. The conclusion of the study had been done by descriptive explanation with the research context.

             The results of the study were found that the level of School Administration of Administrators the Four Iddhipada-s at the Royal Awarded School Nakhonsawan Province as a whole was in high level (= 4.62). When considering to each aspect; there were also found in high level every aspects. Citta and Vimamsa    (= 4.67), Viriya (= 4.62) and Chada (= 4.54) respectively.

             The comparison of mean scores with the different gender, age, educational level and working experience; there were not statistically significant at .05 level.

             The relationship by means of Spearman Correlation between four aspects of Iddhipada  and total were as follows; Chanda (r_s = .556), Viriya (r_s = .615), Citta (r_s = .606) and Vimamsa(r_s = .575). They were statistically significant at .01 level.
