Abstract

Abstract

The research title is Buddhadhamma for The Real Estate Business Operator, which is three of the objectives as follow; 1) to study of the behavior and problem of the real estate business,2) to study the principles of Buddhism for real estate business operators, and 3)to study the method of applying the Dhamma to the real estate business.This is the quantitative research, it is studied by documentary research and in-depth interview according to the frame of research’s objectives, the collection of data in others documents which related to Buddhist ethics and interview the professional to give an information about the specialist on Buddhism and business scholars by the descriptive method.

The result of research found that business is a professional that it has a role for development of country. A business man has believed to his career. It has made him to be good sample to same career and it has made an acceptance to his role in the society. The following of the Buddhist ethics and the responsibility is to make his business progresses which impact to his occupation. The ethic is not the law or the regulation which is specified formally. It is the value and the principle of morality or virtue which is from the inner consciousness. The running a business should have a procedure and the ethic of business for living with others in the occupation’s societies. Especially, in the business cycle can use to the running a business. The achievement of business has to come together with both the profit and person relating to business. It is to avoid the problem of exploitation, the conflict of employer and employees, the environmental problem, etc., it is necessary to have the ethics for running a business.

Buddhadhamma for The Real Estate Business Operator, the first stage is the four virtues conducive to benefits in the present, the four reasons for lastingness of a wealthy family, the three qualities of a successful shopkeeper or businessman. The principles for prohibitions of the running a business is the six ruins and the five trades which should not be plied. These are used as the way of promotion the quality and virtues of the real estate business, it depend on  the theory and Buddhist principles to support the administration in planning, systems and strategies, it is to make a reliability and acceptance of society. So the application of Buddhist principles can be used as the guideline of working to target effectively. The moral of the real estate business is four principles, they are, 1) the rightness, 2) the suitability, 3) the transparency, and 4) the justice. These will help to remind of the good morality continually.

          The introduction of Buddhist principles should be applied for real estate operators. The achievement of working.The Buddhist principlesare to bring the principles of Buddhism to hold in mind and working for following the Buddhist way, it is to have a full of sacrifice, be always engrossed to develop the organization to be effectively. Therefore, the application of Buddhist principlesto working is to be a spirit of loving-kindness and compassion to colleagues or employees, he must have the morality in his mind to create the warmth. To work accomplishing the goal is based on the four paths of accomplishment, the three good conducts, the four sublime states of mind, and the four virtues of making for group. This is the way of running a business which ensures the credibility and acceptance to people and it also is benefit to the society.
