Abstract

The research on the process of cultivating analytical thinking for resolving vocational students’ quarrelling based on the Buddhist principles had 3 objectives: 1) to study the problem of the vocational students’ quarrelling, 2) to study the process of analytical thinking in Buddhism and contemporary psychology, and 3) to present cultivating process quarrelling based on the Buddhist principles. The data were gathered from relevant documents on the controversy of vocational students. The study results are as follows.

1.   The study indicated that the problem of the vocational students’ quarrel derived from the traditionally symbolic system which led to social patterns as key devices and lacking of analytical thinking about the situations caused vocational students’ fights.
