Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study the current situation and the changing leadership problem for the Pali Buddhist school administrators in the Buddhist Sangha Region 1, 2) to develop the change leadership skills for Pali school administrators in the Pali region. 1, and 3) to propose a guideline for developing change leadership skills for the administrators of Prathip Yotin School. Dharma Sangha Pali township in sector 1, using research methodology combines quantitative research approaches. By providing a questionnaire to examine leadership change for executives. The samples were 210 samples. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation And qualitative research. The interviews consisted of 10 interviews, 10 interviews, and 10 interviews.
