Abstract

 

This research had the objective as for, to study the Schools Administration According to Kalyanamittadhamm VII in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok. To comparing level of opinion for the Schools Administration According to Kalyanamittadhamm VII in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok. The example that used for this research as namely, teachers in Yannawa District Office Bangkok as number 118 persons by open table R.V.Krejcie.& D.W.Magan. The equipment to use for research mean questionnaire, statistics for research as namely percentage significance standard deivation 

 

 

          Research result

1. Research result from each part for the Schools Administration According to Kalyanamittadhamma VII in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, found that,

Piyo (Lovable) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, had been intimate with teacher official by duty of administrator and manage by reason with settled objective had been more level as significance 3.93, standard deviation as 0.68

          Garu (Respectable) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, had been intimate with respectful, refuge, responsible, firm, and stable managed for teacher official had more level as significance 3.87, standard deviation as 0.68.

 Bhavaniyo (adorable) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, had been responsible, teacher official had admire then still improve work more, be good example, suitable on duty and had create opinion  more level as significance 3.76, standard deviation as 0.68.

   Vatta (Being a counsellor) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, they had managed by good speech, good motivate, and then had cleaver speaking, truly speech had principle for correct speech as more level, had significance 3.81 and standard deviation as 0.53.

              Vacanakkhamo (Being a patient listener) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, manage by patient, sarcastic, listen for consultants, listen for criticize, had the stable mental for criticize, and take all good words to modify and development had more level, as significance 3.86, standard deviation as 0.53.

              Gambhiranca kakam kata (Able to deliver deep discourser or to treat profound subjects) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, they managed on difficult to be easy work and could explain until no suspecting had been more, significance as 3.90, standard deviation as 0.69.

 

              No cathane niyojaye (Never exhorting groundlessly) the administrators in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok, they managed themselves for good do not take to derogatory way, response on duties, support teachers official had knowledge about democracy had been more level, as significance 3.85, standard deviation as 0.72.  

              2.  Method to solve the Schools Administration According to

Kalyanamittadhamma VII in School Yannawa District Office Bangkok.

               For school management some administrator used more power managed until dread for other people, they decided work by more emotion, should be administrate with reason and listen another opinion, resolve problem with a good method. Administration some time they had less experience then make not enough for more works, and then they could not explain a good method for observers. Though, the administrator should be study work for each part to completely, then to give and explain for others with clear and suitable, and involve to learn new knowledge, so the principle for working and for point others people practices and got efficiency to make organization succeed.
