Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1) to study the use of Buddhist principles in human relations, Ministry of Labour and 2) to compare the opinions of people on the Buddhist principle of human relations, Ministry of Labour. Classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the problem. And offers guidelines for the use of Buddhist principles in human relations, Ministry of Labour. The sample used in this study was personnel, Ministry of Labour officials, including government employees, temporary workers permanent employees. Employee contract and working under the Ministry of Labour of 400 questionnaires used in research to find quality Determination of the accuracy of the content (Content Validity) experts, 5, and reliability. (Reliability) equal to 0.964 by analysis of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (SD) statistical hypothesis testing using t test (t-test) and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA.)

                       The findings of this study are concluded as follows :

                  Level reviews of Buddhist principles in human relations, Ministry of Labour found that the personnel in the Ministry of Labour. The sample Opinion that Buddhist principle of human relations in the Ministry of Labour as a whole at a moderate level. In view of each side were at a moderate level on all sides.

                  Comparison of attitudes towards the use of Buddhist principles in human relations, Ministry of Labour. Classified by personal factors that people with gender, age, education, marital status and experience of different opinions in the Buddhist principle of human relations, Ministry of Labour. Overall no difference. Therefore reject the hypothesis.

              Problems with the use of Buddhist principles in human relations, Ministry of Labour found that there is a problem sometimes works. Are being consulted more. And operation errors are often blamed. More advice. Nor check some ethnic people. Speak with the voice greetings seem sincere enough. Including work that feels tense or confused. Result in a less polite description information. Commitment and care less. There is sometimes work to adhere to the party too. The standard uncertainty. Are committed to working too much. Without regard to the scope of regulation to work. In addition, some operations TECHNOLOGY bad enough.

              The recommendations about the use of Buddhist principles in human relations, Ministry of Labour found that it should provide assistance to troubled colleagues. With helpful advice. Work based on rules rather than adhere to the workpiece And the moral heart of the operation. As well as to promote appropriate technologies and equipment used in the operation.
